Won 2003 Masters, becoming the first left-hander to win at Augusta National G.C.

During busy week at 2007 President's Cup in Montreal, met and presented Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper with a personalized golf bag from his equipment manufacturer

Dropped ceremonial first puck before the Toronto Maple Leafs playoff game against the Philadelphia Flyers on April 14, 2003, right after he won the Masters

Once practiced with NHL's Washington Capitals during a two-week break from the PGA Tour in September 1999

At age 13, wrote a letter to Jack Nicklaus on whether or not he should switch to playing right-handed, with the Golden Bear responding that he should stick with his natural swing
